We want you to love your LoveShackFancy pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; you will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
